I understand that bicycling is a physical activity and that rules for personal and environmental protection must be followed at all times. I understand that a helmet must be worn at all times and traffic laws must be obeyed at all times while riding in this ride and I agree to comply with these rules and regulations. I understand that the Adirondack Cycling Team and all sponsors of the ride shall not be responsible or legally liable for any losses of personal property, or for any bodily injuries, or the result thereof, incurred and suffered by connection with this ride. I give my consent to use any photographs taken on the ride. I give my consent for medical release should I be involved in any accident or health damaging situation and should I require medical treatment.
